J'ai été très satisfaite : les techniciens sont arrivés à l'heure indiquée et ont été rapides pour installer le nouveau ballon.
Ils ont nettoyé le sol de la salle de bains à la fin de leur intervention et je les en remercie.

D'ailleurs il y a eu un cafouillage puisque le rdv était prévu cet après-midi alors que la personne m'ayant appelée ce matin le pensait prévu demain...Pas bien grave. Diagnostic rapide. J'espère que Nexity aura rapidement le devis et fera réparer la fuite sans délai.
